First visit with our new rescue dog, Sadie. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously love animals - from Receptionist, VetTech and Dr Ciarleglio, alll gave a warm welcome to Sadie! Dr Ciarleglio is highly skilled, kind, caring and easy to talk to. And it's clean! Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a vet!

Dr. Kurt and staff were amazing. We unfortunately had to put our dog down and they made one of our worst days extremely easy. They were very empathetic and worked with us through the whole journey. Extremely supportive and affordable.

So happy we found this new vet. Every detail and thought that was put into building this office is noticeable. Dr. C. has a wonderful bedside manner, is super down to earth, and is very reasonable, not pushy at all (also went to UPenn for vet school-very commendable!). The office is absolutely beautiful and very spacious (I love the thought of separating cats and dogs being that my dog is not a fan of cats). The staff has always been nice and professional. Again, very glad that we found Pine Grove Vet which is conveniently located very close to our house. I wish them MUCH success. Also, major bonus points for being privately owned and not sucked up by the VCA conglomerate, which I’m sure is difficult to do in today’s economy. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here, l confidently believe that they are in great hands.

I had to bring my elderly baby Salem in for an evaluation and ended up having to go forward with a euthanasia- the staff here was fabulous and did everything right to make the experience as pain less as they could. Thank you for making my baby’s last moments as pain free for us and her - I can’t thank you and your staff enough.

The staff are very kind. They got my sick cat in to see the doctor the same day I called which was more than many other vets were willing to do in my area. The vet was good at listening, offering suggestions on care options and was conservative on his approach with treatment. I was relieved that my cat was able to be seen and get the medication she needed the same day.

Everyone is so wonderful! My cat just had surgery and I was worried about the recovery period but so far she’s doing extremely well.

My experience at Pine Grove was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I was able to get in right away for concerning behaviors my dog was having. The Doctor was very thorough and even though, and thankfully, there were no serious concerns, they made me feel so supported. Maybe our Rudy was playing it up for attention! He certainly received it!

Our dog, Jake, needed an intestinal foreign body surgery, and from the moment we arrived, we knew he was in excellent hands. The hospital was exceptionally clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease during such a stressful time.

Dr. Ciarleglio is truly outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His calm and empathetic approach gave us complete confidence that Jake was receiving the very best care. The surgery was a success, and we are so grateful for his expertise.

A special thank you to Anna, who kept us updated throughout the day while Jake was waiting for surgery. Those updates meant the world to us and helped ease our anxiety. Her kindness and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

The entire staff was warm, attentive, and treated Jake as if he were their own. We were also pleasantly surprised by how fair and affordable the pricing was, especially considering the exceptional level of care Jake received.

Looking back, I only wish we had found Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital years ago when we had our previous doodle. We would have entrusted them with his care without hesitation.

Brought my kitten here and received wonderful care. She was losing weight, and not eating. The Dr. was very thorough, explained everything with transparency and had a good plan in place for her care. Within 24 hours, my kitten was feeling 100% better- back to eating and putting on weight.
Pricing is very reasonable. Atmosphere is clean and well kept. Scheduled visits for my other 3 kitties! :)

So appreciate Doctor and staff!!! My kitty got bit by something and needed immediate care and they fit me right in. And they were so great with her. I will happily keep my Minnie as a patient there!

I can’t say enough kind & amazing things about this practice. Our dog was having a medical emergency that required surgery, & the doctor came in on his day off to perform the surgery. He sent us photos of our girl in recovery, & we got to book the surgery & bring her home all within the same day. Very reasonably priced as well for how serious it all was. I am so grateful to Pine Grove for hearing our concerns & helping save our dog within such short notice. We definitely will be bringing our dogs here for all their health needs, & we look forward to the wonderful future of Pine Grove!!!

Thankful and grateful for Dr. Ciarleglio and his team for providing emergency care for my dog Journey after an injury. When I called the office, Anna was wonderful and with no hesitation told me to bring him right in. Under Dr. Ciarleglio's care, Journey recovered quickly and is back to his goofy self. All the staff are warm, friendly, compassionate and I'm so glad to have Pine Grove as our vet!

Meeting Dr. Reeves and the staff at Pine Grove for the very first time for an emergency for our Shitz-Tzu on Memorial Day weekend was a godsend to say the least. The practice welcomed us as new clients with open arms and relieved our anxiety over our dog, Wyatt’s health issue. The doctor and staff were so friendly and reassuring and made us feel at home while they took exceptional care of Wyatt who has since fully recovered under their care. We were pleasantly surprised at how fair the fees were for his care as well. It is very clear, that the compassionate care of animals is their main priority .

Today, we were seen for a new client/well visit for our newest rescue, Maggie with Dr. Reeves and it couldn’t have gone better. She was a little skittish at first, but the whole staff handled her with extra gentle care. She was everyone’s best friend by the time our appointment ended.

I cannot thank Pine Grove Veterinary enough for everything they did for my dog Sophia during her pyometra surgery. Dr. C and Lauren, the vet tech, were both absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to thoroughly examine Sophia, explain her diagnosis, and go over exactly what needed to be done. They made an incredibly stressful situation feel much less overwhelming because they were so compassionate, honest, and thorough.

The office staff was also incredible. They kept me updated when Sophia went into surgery and when she came out, and they explained everything that happened during the procedure as well as all of her postoperative instructions in detail. Since bringing her home, they have continued checking in, answering all of my questions, and making sure Sophia is recovering well.

Everyone there is professional, personable, and truly cares about both the pets and their owners. The office is very clean, and you can tell the entire team genuinely loves what they do. I’m beyond grateful for the care they gave my best friend, and I would absolutely recommend Pine Grove Veterinary to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
